Senior Star is proud to announce being certified by Great Place to Work for the fifth consecutive year.
Great Place to Work, an independent research and consulting firm, evaluated more than 1,000 surveys from Senior Star employees across the organization’s eight locations in the United States. Trust, respect, pride and camaraderie were among the top workplace highlights noted from the 99% participation rate among Senior Star employees. The certification process assessed more than 60 elements of team members’ experience on the job including employee pride in the organization’s community impact, belief that their work makes a difference and feeling their work has special meaning. Rankings are based on employees’ experiences, no matter who they are or what they do.
