The list of the top 65 senior living organizations was compiled based on survey results from more than 140,000 senior living employees nationwide. Associates have the opportunity to share confidential quantitative and qualitative feedback about the organization’s culture by responding to 60 statements on a 5-point scale and two open-ended questions. A company-wide survey participation rate of 99%+, says Senior Star associates know that their voices are heard.

The Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF) can give you peace of mind. CARF is an international, independent, nonprofit accreditor of health and human services.

Accredited organizations must go through a rigorous peer review process and demonstrate compliance to more than 1,000 standards.

CARF recognizes organizations that provide the best in care, services, business operations, and support to seniors and those who love them.
