It’s that time again to recognize one of our favorite senior-focused holidays: National Senior Health and Fitness Day. Always held on the last Wednesday in May, National Senior Health and

Fitness Day is the nation’s largest annual health and wellness event for older adults.

If you or your loved one would like to do something special to celebrate, stop by our community to take one of our fitness classes (we offer Tai Chi, seated strength training, Zumba and more!). Or, seniors can follow these tips seniors to increase their wellness year-round.
