Great Place to Work®, an independent research and consulting firm, evaluated 800+ confidential surveys from Senior Star employees representing the organization’s eight nationwide locations. As part of their associate-first culture, Senior Star encourages all to participate in this survey and voice their opinions which are highly valued by the executive team. Trust, respect and making a difference were among the top workplace highlights noted from the 99% participation rate among Senior Star employees. The certification process assessed more than 60 elements of team members’ experience on the job including employee pride in the organization’s community impact, belief that their work makes a difference and feeling their work has special meaning. Rankings are based on employees’ experiences, no matter who they are or what they do.
