As Thanksgiving approaches, the team at Harrison on 5th by Senior Star is redefining senior living dining with vibrant flavors, artistic presentations, and heartfelt hospitality. Recently, local Good Day Extra‘s Cameron Fontana visited our community to spotlight the talents of Food and Beverage Director Kevin Stuhldreher and Program Coordinator Kellie DeMuth.
From one of independent living penthouse kitchens, Chef Kevin prepared a stunning traditional Thanksgiving dinner with all the trimmings, complete with a cranberry and white chocolate bread pudding topped with Grand Marnier. Kellie added a festive touch with sparkling cranberry mocktails and a unique take on La Vie En Rouge, garnished with Grand Marnier-soaked cranberries.
