Not only are the menus designed with love, they are crafted to provide residents with the nutrition they need to embrace a healthy senior living lifestyle. Sample Breakfast Menus

  • Seven Hills Breakfast
    Fresh eggs cooked your way with choice of bacon, sausage, or ham.
  • Eggs & Hash
    Corned beef hash topped with eggs cooked to your liking.
  • Maryland Eggs Benedict
    Lightly poached eggs with pan seared twin Maryland style crab cakes set on toasted English muffins, then finished with Hollandaise sauce.
  • Cinnamon French Toast, Tall Stacks Pancakes, or Belgium Waffle
    Presented with maple syrup, fresh fruit, and your choice of bacon, sausage, or ham.

Salads

  • The Kenwood’s Maurice Salad
    Shredded iceberg lettuce topped with ham, turkey, cheddar cheese, Swiss cheese, hard-boiled egg, cucumber, tomatoes, sweet gherkins, and Maurice dressing.
  • Steak & Spinach Salad
    Fresh baby spinach leaves tossed with mushrooms, onions, hard-boiled-egg, bacon crumbles, blue cheese crumbles and your choice of dressing. Topped with filet mignon cooked to your liking.
  • Greek Chicken Salad
    Fresh grilled breast of chicken presented over mixed greens tossed with roasted red peppers, red onions, grape tomatoes, cucumbers, kalamata olives, feta cheese, and Greek vinaigrette dressing.
  • The Boston Bibb
    Tender leaves of Bibb lettuce topped with strawberries, onions, tomatoes, candied pecans, Craisins, smoked gouda cheese, and your choice of dressing.
  • Smoked Salmon Plate
    Smoked salmon presented over shredded lettuce with sliced tomatoes, chopped red onions, hard-boiled egg, and capers, served with a toasted bagel and cream cheese.

Sandwiches & Specialties

  • The Reuben
    Your choice of corned beef, turkey, or Portobello mushrooms grilled with sauerkraut then placed on marbled rye bread with Swiss cheese and Thousand Island dressing.
  • Hot Italian Grinder
    Smoked turkey, ham, salami, pepperoni, tomatoes, onions, Boursin Cheese, provolone cheese, and parmesan-asiago cheese, served hot on a hoagie bun with balsamic dressing on the side.
  • Asian Style Chicken Wrap
    Grilled chicken with carrots, water chestnuts, green peppers, tomatoes, red onion, green cabbage, and provolone cheese, tossed with Asian dressing, presented in a flour tortilla.
  • Flatbread Pizza
    Herb flatbread topped with provolone cheese, parmesan cheese and your choice of the following: Sauce—marinara, Alfredo, or garlic & olive oil; Toppings — onions, mushrooms, tomatoes, green peppers, artichoke hearts, spinach, avocado, olives, pineapple, bacon, pepperoni, or sausage.

Dinner Salads

  • Beefsteak Tomato Napoleon Salad
    Thick sliced red Beefsteak tomatoes, fresh mozzarella, basil chiffonade, crumbled bacon, bleu cheese, and balsamic glaze.
  • Rustic Salmon Caesar Salad
    Fresh grilled salmon presented over romaine lettuce tossed with parmesan cheese, croutons, and our house Caesar dressing. Anchovies are available upon request.
  • Black and Bleu Wedge
    Center cut petite Filet Mignon cooked to your liking, presented over fresh iceberg lettuce, garnished with tomatoes, hard-boiled eggs, crumbled bleu cheese, bacon, and bleu cheese dressing.

Entrées

  • Bleu Cheese Meatloaf
    Slow roasted, seasoned ground beef mixed with bleu cheese crumbles, finished with a brandy demi-glace, served with Yukon Gold mashed potatoes and fresh green beans.
  • Trout Almondine
    Fresh Rainbow Trout lightly crusted with almonds, served with fresh green beans, tri-color cous cous, and lemon caper shallot butter.
  • Chicken Romano
    Panko crusted chicken breast, seared and then baked to perfection, topped with artichoke tomato relish, served with Yukon Gold mashed potatoes and steamed broccoli.
  • Lobster and Shrimp Ravioli
    Blended lobster and shrimp stuffed in ravioli, served with a traditional Alfredo sauce, finished with fresh lobster meat and steamed asparagus.
  • Maryland Crab Cake(s)
    Pan seared twin crab cakes, jasmine rice, steamed green beans, and lemon caper shallot butter.
  • Chicken Fettucine Alfredo
    Breast of chicken layered with fresh parmesan, tomatoes, and basil, served over fettucini and laced with extra virgin olive oil.
  • Center Cut Filet Mignon
    USDA center cut filet mignon cooked to your liking and presented with your choice of two sides.
