Ranked in the Top 10 for the second year in a row! FORTUNE Magazine Best Workplaces for Aging Services

Senior Star is proud to announce its return to Fortune magazine’s list of 50 Best Workplaces for Aging Services with another Top 10 ranking. The publication partnered with Great Place to Work to survey more than 220,000 employees in the elder care industry. Senior Star employees described their sense of pride in serving residents and their families, and credit Senior Star as a place where one is inspired and empowered to go above and beyond their daily job duties.  Respect, camaraderie, being valued and inclusion were among their top workplace highlights.

This survey is America’s largest ongoing annual workforce study and its results affirm Senior Star’s devoted efforts to provide an exceptional working environment for its skilled and talented team. Among these efforts are traditional benefits like health insurance and a 401k match as well as more involved perks like servant leadership, a robust bonus program and employee assistance. Senior Star is grateful for the hard work and dedication of each and every team member.

“When I speak about inclusion, what I’m talking about is a sense of belonging,” said Senior Star CEO Anja Rogers. “The diverse people who choose to unite and serve with Senior Star make a positive difference in helping each other feel they are working right where they belong. It’s a special part of what makes it a great place to work for all.”
