Teresa began her career directly after graduating from nursing school. She joined the Senior Star family of associates in 2017 as a nurse, within assisted living. Her promotion into a leadership role, within the company, brought her to overseeing and supporting two assisted living communities within the Senior Star portfolio, at the time.
In 2022 based on her dedication, passion and ability to be a true Senior Star #differencemaker, Teresa was again promoted as the Executive Director of Senior Star at Burgundy Place, located in Tulsa, OK. This new role brings the responsibility of the day-to-day operations of the community. Alongside the community associates Teresa strives to provide the highest quality of service and care while creating a harmonious working and living environment for all within the community.
Away from work, Teresa enjoys traveling, reading, quilting and spending time with her family.
Within the community, you can often find Teresa enjoying activities and engaging with our residents as she has a deep passion for the senior population, our residents and their families.
