Every year, The Kenwood by Senior Star honors four Associates of the Year for their hard work and dedication to The Kenwood’s mission and values. Employees are nominated by their peers based on how their actions reflect The Kenwood’s values. This year, we’re pleased to honor Aaron Crump, Jackie Robinson, Jerry Riley and Nikki Andrews.
Aaron Crump
Aaron’s commitment to the residents and his willingness to lend a helping hand to his coworkers make him a popular figure at The Kenwood by Senior Star. Aaron provides exceptional customer service and truly honors each customer’s needs. We are grateful for Aaron’s hard work!
Jackie Robinson
Jackie’s warm personality and welcoming attitude make her a joy to work with. But most of all, Jackie’s coworkers praise her exceptional work ethic saying that she is often willing to stay late, work extra hours and do more than she is asked. We are honored to have Jackie as part of our team.
Jerry Riley
A longtime employee, Jerry epitomizes The Kenwood by Senior Star’s values. According to his coworkers, Jerry “reports to duty with spirit, enthusiasm and vigor” each and every day to ensure the residents enjoy their meals. We’re lucky to have Jerry as part of our community for many years, and hopefully for many more to come!
Nikki Andrews
Nikki has a caring and compassionate heart, and she gives her all to ensure that her job is well done. She always strives for excellence, and her exceptional attitude hasn’t gone unnoticed. We want to thank Nikki for her dedication to our memory care patients.
